Our neighborhood consists of three types of units: single family homes, duplex homes, and apartment-type units in two "quad" (four-unit) buildings. Read about the single family and duplex units below and view the floor plans for each.

single family

There are seven 4-bedroom single family homes of 1888 square feet. These homes feature:
  • a full basement 
  • two attic options - pull down stairs to storage space or a full staircase to an additional room
  • an optional sunroom expansion
  • a first floor master suite
  • two full bathrooms
  • a possible private in-home office

duplex

There are seven farmhouse duplexes with a three bedroom unit adjoining a two bedroom unit in each.

Two Bedroom Unit (1418 sq. ft.)
These homes feature:
  • a full basement 
  • two attic options: pull down stairs to storage space or a full staircase to an additional room
  • an add-on first floor room

Three Bedroom Unit (1678 sq. ft.)
There are seven of these units which adjoin a two bedroom unit to form our farmhouse duplexes. These homes feature:
  • a full basement 
  • two attic options: pull down stairs to storage space or a full staircase to an additional room 
  • a possible first floor bedroom
  • one and three-quarter bathrooms
  • a possible private in-home office
  • a possible vaulted ceiling with skylights in second floor hallway
