Open houses: seasonal text to save

We host two open houses and neighborhood work days each year, in mid-October and in late April or early May. Visitors are encouraged to come for tours of the community and homes that may be for sale or rent, as well as to learn about cohousing and how Nubanusit Neighborhood & Farm operates.

Spring 2019 Open House & Work Day
Saturday, May 4, 2019

Open House:
​11 a.m.-2 p.m.
Visit the neighborhood, meet residents, and ask questions. Tour available homes, check out the Common House, visit the farm, and perhaps take a hike along the Nubanusit Brook or see our
​one-of-a-kind wood pellet boiler plant.

Work Day:
8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
We host our Work Day along with our Open House because a shared work experience is a great opportunity to get a feel for community life. Get your hands dirty while enjoying conversations with members of our neighborhood.

Consider joining us for our homemade community lunch at 12:30 p.m. in the Common House. If you'd like to stay for lunch, there's no charge for those who participate in Work Day! Otherwise the cost for lunch is $5. Please make a lunch reservation by 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 2.
